Skills

Strategy, systems, and the discipline to ship.

My work combines product management, healthcare domain fluency, and practical digital execution. I am strongest where workflow complexity, operational clarity, and human usability need to coexist.

A product toolkit shaped by real operational environments.

These are the capabilities I rely on most often when turning messy business problems into clearer digital systems.

How I think about product work.

Approach

Build what removes friction, not what decorates it.

I am most effective when I can trace a recurring business pain, identify where the workflow is actually failing, and shape the solution into something people can understand and use.

My strongest pattern is turning operational ambiguity into clearer structure: what matters, what comes first, what the user needs to do, and what the organization needs to see.

Product POV
“The best systems do more than function. They reveal what everyone else missed.”
